What's been done
Conducted comprehensive research including competitor analysis and user interviews with key participants to understand market positioning and user needs. Defined business objectives and strategic direction to align the product vision with company goals. Developed a detailed work plan outlining design methods, resources, and priorities to ensure structured execution.
Design Strategy
Established clear business orientation by identifying core objectives and product direction. Created a comprehensive process plan that defined workflows, selected appropriate design methods, and allocated resources effectively to maintain focus throughout the project lifecycle.
Service Design
Performed a thorough UX audit to evaluate the existing product experience and identify usability issues. Conducted in-depth user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and context. Analyzed collected data to extract meaningful insights and identify critical pain points. Developed service concepts and user experience maps that defined how the service should function and deliver value to users.
Interface Design
Created the complete visual and functional interface design focusing on usability, visual hierarchy, and interaction patterns. Developed a comprehensive design system for the product, including reusable UI components, typography, color palette, and spacing guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints. Designed interface elements aligned with UX principles to ensure intuitive user flows. Prepared comprehensive design documentation and specifications for seamless handover to the development team, ensuring clear communication of design intent and implementation details.
